Frequently asked questions

Can I order flowers everywhere in the UK?

No. A published delivery-area page is not proof of coverage. Ordering is enabled only when a verified florist confirms the product, area, date and time slot.

Where do UK prices come from?

Product prices come only from the United Kingdom catalogue contract in the ProFlorist admin. Missing values never fall back to RON or EUR.

Does a demo request create a subscription?

No. A request does not create an account, contract, subscription or payment.
