Marketing, explained clearly

One catalogue for the shop and online.

Manage your products and select the catalogue models you can realistically make. Commercial presentation and workshop information stay in the same flow.

For customers
Products and imagery for mobile, web or an optional in-store tablet.
In the workshop
Variants, recipes and available ingredients, with the florist retaining the final making decision. Catalogue presence does not confirm stock or delivery.
In your marketing
Use of approved ProFlorist catalogue photographs according to the confirmed contract and applicable terms.

A catalogue photograph presents the model. A proof photograph documents a product prepared for a specific order. They are different uses.

The same product. Information that keeps moving.

See how everything connects,
from product to delivery.

We follow test order #207. The screens are real; diagrams explain stages where no role-specific screen is available. The example is not a commercial order or evidence of a customer delivery.

01 / PRODUCT

Everything starts with what you present to the customer.

The photograph and selected variant identify the product. The test-order details show the model selected for the same piece of work.

What continues through the workflow
The selected product and its available information.
What no longer needs to be found separately
The visual product reference for that piece of work.

The florist decides what can be made; displaying a product does not confirm availability.

02 / OWNER OR OPERATOR

The order has a clear place and state.

The Business list separates fulfilment state from payment state. Details keep the product, timing and message together without treating a paid order as already made.

What the operator receives
The order context and information available for checking.
Repetitive work reduced
Searching for the same information in separate messages or lists.

Manual entry for your own orders is being prepared. External orders require an enabled channel or integration and are not imported automatically from arbitrary sources.

03 / FLORIST

From the order into the workshop.

The production module links the work to its owner, available recipe and instructions. Quantities and consumption depend on configured data and the integration in use.

What the florist receives
The assigned or claimed work, recipe and available notes.
Repetitive work reduced
Re-entering instructions between the operator and workshop.

Production: from Growth, subject to the current offer. Recipes and working quantities are not included in this public demonstration.

04 / COMPLETION

The prepared product, documented before departure.

The test history shows production and the proof photograph separately. The photograph documents the finished work; it does not replace fiscal documents.

Depending on configuration
Production documents and consumption through a compatible integration; operational labels and card messages through available printing.
Repetitive work reduced
Re-entering information in materials that accompany the work where the workflow is connected.

The screen confirms the test stages shown, not physical printing or the issue of every document.

05 / DRIVER

Information continues through to delivery.

The delivery role is separate from the workshop role. In a compatible configuration, the driver sees the assigned delivery, updates its state and reports handover or an exception.

What the driver receives
The destination and delivery instructions permitted by their access.
Repetitive work reduced
Manually resending the address and answering delivery-state questions.

Your operation + the public component

Manage the flower shop and its public presence in one platform.

The shop profile and published offer can support product discovery. An eligible request follows the shop’s acceptance and configuration rules; network presence does not guarantee orders, traffic or revenue.

Before the first step

Natural questions.
Clear answers.

Check the functions and configuration you need before selecting a subscription.

Can I use ProFlorist for my own orders?

Available channels depend on the application version and enabled integrations. There is no promise of automatic import from telephone, WhatsApp or arbitrary sources.

Can my team work from mobile devices?

ProFlorist Business supports the operational tasks available to the account. Production and delivery have separate roles and access depending on configuration.

What is included in the digital catalogue?

The catalogue provides product models; the florist decides what can realistically be made. Catalogue imagery and proof imagery for a specific order remain separate uses.

Are printers, tablets and fiscal documents included?

Printers, tablets and mounts are optional. Printing and document flows require compatible equipment, integrations and configuration.

Will I automatically receive orders from the network?

No. Orders, reach and revenue are not guaranteed. A listed profile is not automatically a verified, order-enabled florist.

How do I choose a plan?

A demonstration reviews functions, real delivery coverage, roles and required integrations. Public GBP prices exclude VAT; the applicable tax and gross total require a separately approved transactional offer.
